01Overview

Use AI to improve guest service — keep commitments accurate

AI can help teams respond to guests, prepare service information and support routine operations, but hospitality depends on accurate details, the right tone, cultural sensitivity and reliable commitments.

This programme helps teams use AI productively while checking facts, translations and privacy requirements before anything reaches a guest.
