Digital Transformation Starts With People

Technology alone does not create transformation. People need the skills and judgement to use it effectively, institutions need the capability to adopt it responsibly, and decisions need to be informed by relevant knowledge and evidence.

Future Institute exists to help build these capabilities in the Maldives through applied learning, research and collaboration.

Future Institute began delivering AI Essentials with the Prosecutor General's Office under Digital for All.

The first cohort subsequently completed the programme, marking Future Institute's move into assessed programme delivery.

Future Institute applies a structured academic development and quality-assurance process to its formal learning programmes.

Course outcomes, learning activities, workload and assessment are designed together. Each formal programme is supported by a consistent documentation set covering the course specification, learner syllabus, facilitator guidance, learner resources and assessment instruments.
