Future Institute was founded to build the skills and innovation capacity the Maldives needs for a rapidly changing world. As the learning and innovation arm of MINDCo, Fi bridges education and industry through practical, project-based programmes shaped by real workforce needs. Through applied research, incubation, and strategic partnerships, we turn ideas into ventures and solutions that create measurable national impact.

Our programmes are developed to meet international standards and will be formally aligned with the Maldives Qualifications Framework (MQF) as part of our accreditation roadmap.
