01Overview

Use digital & AI tools with confidence

Digital services and AI can make everyday tasks easier, but they can also create confusion, misinformation and new privacy risks.

This programme helps participants use digital tools with greater confidence, check information before acting or sharing, recognise suspicious requests and know when to seek help from a person.
