Use AI to improve public service — keep accountability human
AI can support routine administration, service delivery and public communication, but public decisions and commitments require human authority, verified information and clear accountability.
This programme helps public officers identify suitable uses, work with AI effectively and apply the checks and approvals needed in government.

This introductory programme is for civil servants and other public sector officials across ministries, agencies and local government.
